What happens if a client forgets their password?
Answer:
You as the admin person can go to your admin site find th reports heading on the left hand side. Now you find your clients password by clicking on either users or agents depending what data base they are in.

I changed my company information. How do I change this on the scheduler program?
Answer:
Go to your admin section and click on the My Location button. You will see a bar with your information on it and an edit button. Click on the edit button and you will be able to change your company information.

I want to add a new user.
Answer:
You need to increase the number of licensees that you have. There is an addition cost to that so please contact the 24-7 Scheduler at admin@24-7scheduler.com

I am currently starting my first appointments at 7:30 in the morning on Mondays. I have decided that I want to start all my mondays at 9:00 am instead.
Answer:
If you wish to change the starting hours or your days on or off permanently you can do that under the master schedule section of your admin section. If you wish to change your hours setting just for a couple of days during the month you will do that under your employee’s monthly calendar. Be careful when working with your Master Schedule. To permanently change a time or day off go admin section and click on Master Schedule. That will cause your yearly calendar to pop up. You will see your current start times and days that you are working. Click on the time you wish to change (i.e. from 7:30 to 9:00). Once any change is made you will need to click on the Update Master Calendar button on the button. A word of caution be sure that if you have 3 hours between appointments that your calendar reflects that time: i.e. 9:00 am start time and 11:50 lunch time will not work. Your calendar will not have a 9:00 start time.

I am planning to take a couple of days off this month. Can I block out those days?
Answer:
Of course, thats part of the benifits of the 24-7 Scheduler, heres how. In the admin section click on the employee’s button, that will bring up your employee information. Click on the schedule button to view this months calendar, go to the day or days that you want off and click the button on the right side to say “yes” this is a day off. Once you have made all your changes you must click on the update button at the bottom of the page. If you need to go to another month you can do that at the top of the page.

How do I let people know that they can now schedule me online?
Answer:
We tell people that they need to think of the online scheduler like a new telephone number. No one will use it unless you advertise it. Put it on your business cards, brochures, vehicle sign, cell phones, and office answering machine. Contact your clients and let them know about the new convenient service you are now offering. Put out flyers announcing your new service. Go into your agent’s office and set them up with a bookmark and show them how easy it is

I can not use this type of service. I need to talk to my clients so that I can sell mysel?
Answer:
That’s a good concept and true in some cases. Approximately 80% of your business should be repeat or referral business. If its repeat business you have already sold yourself if its referral business someone else has sold your services. In either case you do not need to sell yourself or your service. There are times when you will still talk with your clients on the telephone. There are clients that will not schedule you on line and there will be clients that will only schedule you on line. The point is that you will be giving them a choice and an alternative your competition may not have. With the 24-7 Scheduler your clients can and will schedule appointments when you are not able to answer the phone. It gives them an alternative to the telephone that is easy and convenient for them to use.

Does the 24-7 Scheduler build a data base of my clients?
Answer:
Yes, an accessible data base is created every time someone registers with the program and every time a name is entered in the client or agent list. You can than use this list for future marketing.

When I buy the 24-7 Scheduler do I still need to manage my appointments?
Answer:
Yes, you always have to manage your business. The 24-7 Scheduler does not replace your current method of appointment management, it makes it easier.

How do I know if someone booked an appointment?
Answer:
Besides receiving an email there are two different areas that you can go to view scheduled appointments.
